“I have been going to massage with Joolz since I was pregnant in 2003. I have found it to be a time when I can learn to slow down, shut out the buzz of the outside world and refocus myself. As a working mum, this kind of space is, and has been, crucial for me to remember to value myself and make a little room for me!”

“Working with Joolz has been life changing in so many ways. i am now able to manage life’s challenges and experience so much more joy on a day to day basis. Using Joolz’s practical techniques, i have been able to increasingly regulate my nervous system. This has led to positive shifts such as the ability to engage more with people and try new experiences. I feel increasingly more healthy and positive every day. Joolz is sensitive and supportive throughout the process. With her extensive experience, she is a knowledgeable practitioner who is also insightful and caring. I am very grateful to Joolz and the work she does and would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to recover and grow.”

“I spend far too much time in front of a computer. Getting a massage from Joolz releases the tension that builds up in my back, neck and shoulders, and helps me deal with work stress too.”

“I have found that Joolz can do in one session what other practitioners may take months to achieve. I always see incredible results and leave every session feeling a thousand times better. No one else has her skill, intuition and approach. She is simply the best at what she does and my first and only port of call for all kinds of back / neck and related pain.”

“My back would get so stiff I could hardly get out of bed in the morning. One Bowen treatment changed all that. My back occasionally feels stiff, but after a good stretch I feel fine, no more trouble getting out of bed.”

“I am a fairly active person. I particularly enjoy snowboarding – I first took up the sport five years ago and while I’m a competent rider these days, my first week didn’t start so well. On my third day, I took a fall on a hard icy piste, landing heavily on my right shoulder. The pain was so intense I was in tears as I removed my t-shirt that evening, and I decided to miss out on the boarding the following day. I later found out that I had torn my shoulder muscle, and over the next four years or so, had regular twinges of discomfort in my shoulder. It probably didn’t help that the other sports that I regularly participate in are badminton, squash and rock climbing. However, following a chance encounter through a mutual friend, I was introduced to the Bowen Technique and treated to some muscle re-education. The result has been amazing as I haven’t had any reoccurrence of the pain in over a year.”
